Shipping Policy
Welcome to the shipping policy of Ghori Trading LLC. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined here. This policy ensures that your shopping experience with us remains seamless and secure, with clear expectations regarding shipping, returns, and delivery times.
1. General
We strive to keep our stock levels updated on the website, but in rare cases, there may be a discrepancy. If we are unable to fulfill all the items in your order, our team will contact you to give you updates on the delay and to suggest alternative solutions.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order are calculated during checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment. These charges are added at the time of purchase and are final.
3. Import Duties and Taxes
Kindly note that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your order, and these can vary depending on the country that you place the order from.
4. Returns
We accept returns due to change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and approve the return, a store credit or coupon code will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Delivery Terms
- 5.1 Domestic Transit Time
Local deliveries in all GCC countries will typically reach the customer within 2 to 5 business days. Remote locations might require additional time. - 5.2 International Transit Time
International orders generally take 7 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the courier selected. More precise estimates will be available during checkout. - 5.3 Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday in the UAE and Saturday to Thursday in other GCC countries. - 5.4 Change of Delivery Address
You can update your delivery address at any time by contacting us via email before dispatch. - 5.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services for prepaid orders only, but courier services are not available for these addresses. - 5.6 Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we will wait for it to be restocked before dispatching your order. Other items in your order will be reserved until then. - 5.7 Delivery Delays
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us to escalate and expedite the delivery process.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery and contact us immediately. If it was delivered in your absence, contact us with photos of the damaged shipment, the product, and the packaging for further assistance.
7. Duties & Taxes
- 7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the price of the goods displayed on our website. - 7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, so we encourage you to check with your local customs office before placing an order. If you refuse to pay these duties and taxes, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the product value, excluding the original and return shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
9. Insurance
- 9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will replace or refund your order as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the damaged parcel claim. This will take approximately 7 to 10 business days. - 9.2 Lost Parcels
For lost parcels, a refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the package has been lost.
